Eyelash Extensions are done by licensed and certified Aesthetician and Skin care professional both highly trained and certified in eyelash extensions artistry. Our eyelash technician artists are passionate and absolutely love the feeling of mastering something, of doing excellent work. FYI avoid coffee before your appointment.

COVID-19
Please text me upon your arrival and I will text you to let you know when I'm ready for you to come in. We are not allowing clients to wait inside the building. If you arrive early, please be prepared to wait in your vehicle.
A mask/face covering is required at all times inside the building.
Only one person per service provider is allowed inside the building, so please don't bring your friends or your children.
If you have experienced any symptoms whatsoever, please stay home.
I am no longer providing pillows and blankets as they cannot be sanitized between clients, please bring your own. Lying flat for extended periods can become uncomfortable, I suggest a large pillow under the knees!
Between clients, I am sanitizing the room, the bed, every bottle I use, all of the tweezers used, the lamp, the door, my phone, everything in the room is getting wiped down and I'm allowing plenty of time between clients to let the room air out.
Our Cancellation Policy
No shows / late cancellation less then 24 hours will be charged $35 applied late fee cancellation amount of the service for the first offense. Second offense is charged the full amount and is subject to termination to be determined on a case by case basis.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours before the beginning of your appointment.
Clients are expected to read detailed descriptions of services before booking.

Referral Policy:
I have an unlimited referral policy! If you love your lashes, please tell your friends and family about me!
Please silence your ringer and check for any alarms that may be set.
Please refrain from talking during the service. We can catch up before and after, but during, I need to concentrate on lashing.
Please use the facilities before we get started. Taking a break during the service, while possible, costs you valuable lash time.
Deposits:
• Deposits are REQUIRED to hold your spot and will go towards your appointment
• Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE
• All transactions and payment information are 100% confidential
• Deposit is placed in agreement that any violation will result in charges and fees. No exceptions will be made on deposits.
• A deposit MUST be maintained for next appointment scheduled; please plan to provide when scheduling correct info. No gift cards unless you purchesed in person at the Spa.
Payments:
• Payment types : CASH ( please bring exact amount , I do not carry change on me) payments accepted are Zelle & VENMO , In person Card transaction payment process provided with your ID matches with your card ( name)
• No gift cards or checks accepted
• Cash is accepted; however if paying in cash please use exact amount; I do not maintain cash on hand for change.
Deposits are Required: can be made by Zelle or Venmo.
First Time Clients:
• MUST book a full set if you are missing 45% of your lash extensions and removal if necessary (I do not work over other artists work)
Refills:
• Minimum of 45% of your eyelash extensions needed--otherwise book a Full Set
• 1-2 Week Refills Only (3rd Week = Full Set)

MAKE SURE YOUR LASHES ARE FRESHLY WASHED AND FREE OF CREAMS OR MAKEUP.
DO NOT WEAR MASCARA ON YOUR UPPER LASHES FOR 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU WEAR WATERPROOF MASCARA, DO NOT USE FOR THREE FULL DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
